Coffee with milk

 COFFEE with MILK

Preparing a coffee with milk is a straightforward process. Here's a simple recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of milk

- 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup of brewed coffee)

- Sugar or sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

1. Start by brewing your espresso using an espresso machine or a Moka pot if you have one. If you don't have an espresso machine, you can use strong brewed coffee instead.

2. While the espresso is brewing, heat the milk. You can do this on the stovetop or in the microwave. If using the stovetop, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scalding. If using the microwave, heat the milk in a microwave-safe container in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until it's hot but not boiling.

3. Once the milk is hot, froth it using a milk frother, if available. This step is optional, but it adds a nice creamy texture to your coffee. If you don't have a milk frother, you can achieve a similar effect by vigorously whisking the hot milk or by pouring it into a lidded jar and shaking it vigorously until frothy.

4. Pour the hot espresso into a mug.

5. Pour the hot, frothed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon if you prefer more foam on top.

6. Add sugar or sweetener to taste, if desired.

7. Give your coffee a gentle stir to combine the espresso and milk.

8. Enjoy your delicious coffee with milk!

Feel free to adjust the ratios of espresso to milk and sweetness to suit your taste preferences. You can also get creative by adding flavor syrups or toppings like whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
