### Ingredients:

- **1 cup boiled chickpeas (optional)**
- **1 teaspoon chaat masala**
- **1/2 teaspoon red chili powder**

1. **Prepare the Dough:**
   - In a bowl, mix semolina, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
   - Add water gradually and knead to form a stiff dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

   - Knead the dough again for a few minutes. Divide it into small balls.
   - Roll out each ball into a thin circle (around 2 inches in diameter). Ensure they are evenly rolled to get puffed puris.
